A service has been launched in Ukraine that allows land owners or tenants to conduct a land audit.

Since August, the service has been working for all market participants, in order to use it, you need to register in the system. By entering the cadastral number of the land, you can find out the address of its location, area, ownership.

“A farmer usually does not have a land surveyor on staff, therefore he performs this function himself, and this takes a lot of time and does not guarantee an accurate result. Our goal is to help those who are not provided with great functionality to restore order in their land issue. After all, land hygiene increases the chances of saving shares from outsiders, ”said service founder Andrei Demyanovich.

The service can be used to conduct an automated audit of land; supervision of the situation with competitors; protection against raider registration of rights to land plots.

The cost of the service reaches only UAH 0.9 / request - a one-time receipt of information about the land by one cadastral number. Previously, the service worked under the name Agroanalytics CheckRights. But since August, the official name of the service is Feodal.online.

“It is not so important whether you have several hundred hectares of land, or several hundred thousand hectares in cultivation - it must still be protected and controlled. That is why our team came up with a rather ambitious name for the service - Feodal.

The name conveys the philosophy of the project - a clear understanding of who owns the land and is responsible for it, ”explained the founders of the agency of agricultural brands.
