Small winemakers are called producers who make wine only from their own raw materials in an amount of not more than 10 thousand. Now they can get a license for winemaking using a simplified scheme.

A simplified procedure for obtaining a license has been in use since last year, but due to the active winemaking season, entrepreneurs were unable to submit the necessary documents on time and obtain the above license.

This year, experts from government agencies are already waiting for requests from small winemakers in the country. Some of them have already sought advice on obtaining a license. Small winemakers of Ukraine can now take advantage of a simpler system for obtaining a license for their activities.

In the production of wine on a common basis, production certification is required, which is carried out by Gosprodpotrebstandart or authorized persons, which must be confirmed by the relevant documents of certain authorities on certification of equipment, the availability of a laboratory and other documents.

This system has been specially simplified for small winemakers in the country. Now they, subject to the release of wine from their own raw materials, have the right to obtain a license by filling out a declaration from the State Food and Consumer Union, Pavel Fizer, the head of the department for controlling the turnover and taxation of excisable goods, commented on the situation.
