The farmers of the agricultural enterprise “Agro-South B” are expected to get rapeseed yield of at least 4 t / ha, which is in the Volochysky district of the Khmelnitsky region, as reported by Anatoly Kozak, deputy director of crop production of the company.

The farm cultivates winter rapeseed by intensive technology, due to which 3-3.5 t / ha of rapeseed is harvested here annually. Some fields made it possible to achieve yields even at the level of 4.5 t / ha.

This year, local farmers are hoping for a crop yield of 4 t / ha. At the same time, the profitability of rapeseed here is estimated at 50%. Agricultural fields are planted with six hybrids of well-known seed producers. In addition, there are demonstration plots of several new varieties and hybrids of rapeseed.

1/3 of winter rape crops are hybrids of Limagrain, in particular, Artog and Arsenal. It is on these hybrids that the farmers of the economy have their hopes. They are expected to yield 4 t / ha.

According to the regional manager of Limagrain Ukraine Igor Stoyanovsky, even if the sowing was late, and also there was no proper amount of moisture, they have a high yield.

Resistance to shedding at the genetic level allows you to extend the harvest time by more than 10 days, when the instability of weather conditions can lead to a yield loss of 20-80%.
