The last 12 years have become depressing for Russian alcohol connoisseurs - since 2006, the “consumption” rate in the Russian Federation began to fall markedly. As a result, by the end of 2018, Russia's position in the chart of the most drinking countries in the world fell to 14th position. And now lovers and connoisseurs of alcoholic beverages in the Russian Federation have leveled off their capacities with French and German “colleagues.”
Such studies were conducted by an experienced Canadian journalist Christian Brown, who for a long time actively collaborated with Russian analysts in the alcohol industry.
