Bacteria and organisms posing a threat to the human body were found in the products of one of the meat processing enterprises of Krasnoyarsk. Rosselkhoznadzor experts identified pathogens of listeriosis and dubious DNA of farm animals in minced pork and parts of pork with a total weight of 3.8 thousand kilograms. Supporting documents for this product, which followed to the trading floors of the region, were not found.

Studying the samples taken from the meat products of the Krasnoyarsk combine, the experts of the Rosselkhoznadzor concluded that the employees did not adhere to sanitary standards during the production and storage of meat, and also used meat infected with listeriosis, the causative agent of a disease dangerous to humans.

Note that the symptoms of listeriosis are nausea, tremor, headache, an increase in the size of the spleen and liver, as well as a skin rash, body aches. In the form of complications, diseases such as meningitis, tonsillitis, encephalitis, etc. can occur.

It should be added that impurities of meat and offal of other animals that were not declared as part of the goods were also found in the products of the Krasnoyarsk enterprise.

The head of the meat processing enterprise will bear administrative responsibility for neglecting the rules, and the products of the plant will be withdrawn for research.
