The talker bent refers to edible mushrooms, which necessarily require heat treatment in the form of boiling for 20 minutes. After that, they prepare various dishes or medicinal products. Mushrooms can be dried or frozen to preserve food and taste for a long time.

If we talk about traditional dishes, you can cook wonderful roasts from mushrooms. For this, the govorushki are pre-washed, cut into pieces and fried in a pan. Then they are poured into a pan with water, salt, spices to taste, bay leaf, black pepper are added, boiled and stewed over a small fire. While preparing mushrooms, you need to peel potatoes, wash and cut into slices. Next, pour it into a pan with mushrooms and simmer for 1–1.5 hours (make sure that the water barely covers the potatoes). Before serving, sprinkle the dish with young herbs.
To preserve the mushrooms, they must be thoroughly washed, large specimens cut, and small ones can be left whole - in the process of cooking they will significantly decrease. Prepared mushrooms should be poured into a pot with boiling water and boil for 10-15 minutes, then drain the water - this is the preliminary cooking. Now you need to take water again, add salt, spices (black, allspice, cloves), pour mushrooms into the container and put on fire.
After boiling, the mushrooms are cooked until they sink to the bottom of the pan. Using a tapping spoon, the product is laid out in pre-washed and sterilized 0.5-liter jars. In addition to mushrooms, you need to add a little liquid from the pan and 1 tbsp to each jar. l vinegar, roll up and put upside down to cool completely.
In addition, talkers are great for baking. They can be washed, chopped, salt, put on a baking sheet, add potatoes or meat on top, cover with a layer of hard cheese.
