Many Russians collect and cook mushrooms, but sometimes doubt the choice of mushroom, fearing similar species. Similar in appearance and some other characteristics are the violin player and the bootstraps, the similarities and differences of which are discussed in detail below.
Description of white breast
As it grows, the shape of the cap becomes funnel-shaped with a strong indentation in the center. Its surface looks wet due to the mucus produced. The edges appear pubescent due to the dissected skin.
Toadstool looks like a toadstool, which is deadly poisonous. You can determine it by the presence of a ring on the leg.
The surface color is white with blurry concentric yellowish circles. The diameter of the upper part is from 5 to 20 cm. The plates are white-yellow, often located, slightly descending on the leg.
The leg is painted in the tone of the upper part of the fruiting body, has the shape of a cylinder. Its surface is smooth, maybe with recesses, inside is hollow. As it grows, it reaches 7 cm in height.

White breast grows in groups, interacts with coniferous and deciduous trees. Fruits in July to September inclusive, distributed in the north of Russia, in the Volga region, in the Urals and in the west of Siberia.
Differences between breast and violin
The fiddler, or fiddler, also belongs to the Syroezhkov family, differs from the lint by the fleecy surface of the white hat and its large size - up to 26 cm in diameter.

Skripun, as the species is also called, also releases milky juice at the break, but the flesh is not so elastic, on the contrary, it is significantly brittle. Another difference is the plates under the hat of an uneven size: wide alternate with narrow, they are located quite rarely.
The leg of the violin is equally thick at the top and bottom, white and dry, repeats the surface structure of the upper part of the fruiting body. In terms of fruiting and habitat, this mushroom is similar to a load. It is conditionally edible, smells nice, but is used more often in a salty form, requires soaking in several waters.
The difference between load and load
The first difference is that the preload always has a dry skin surface; moreover, it often cracks. On the outside of the upper part of the fungus, dark yellow or brownish spots of irregular shape are visible. The foot differs in the same spots, its shape is also narrower - narrower at the top.
The white load is conditionally edible, it smells good, has a speck in the taste. Prepare the product for immediate use, and for the winter, but only after soaking. Podgrudki, like marshmallows, grow in both coniferous and mixed forests, however, they prefer to form mycorrhiza (a symbiosis of mycelium stems and roots) with deciduous trees. The fruiting season is the same.
Thus, the fungi described above have both different and similar features. Knowing them, you can easily distinguish between a white loader and a violin player and a loader. However, you can collect and cook all of these types, the main thing is to familiarize yourself with the cooking rules.
