The robot was named iBerryATP - a robotic transport platform. While the robot only moves, sometimes without help, the company specified. “There is still a lot of work, but a start has been made,” the note says. For information, Nikdaria LLC is one of the farms in Ukraine that is engaged in the industrial cultivation of fruits, berries and nuts. In particular, local specialists successfully cultivate blueberries on 50 hectares of land in the Zhytomyr region.
Before laying the berry plantation, the company carried out a detailed agrochemical analysis of the soil using automated sampling. Analysis of these samples was carried out in the USA. The analysis of the soil made it clear whether it is suitable for growing blueberries, because this berry prefers acidic and loose soil. The fruiting of blueberries begins in the third year, and in all it can produce berries for 40 years. From one bush it is quite possible to get up to 100 kg of berries.
