Fram Farmers has launched a new custom insurance product service for its more than 1,200 members, who jointly process over 270,000 ha across the UK.

Fram Farmers first entered the insurance industry in 2015 and covered 10% of its member companies.

Nick Hindle, the new head of the company said: “Our range of insurance products and services includes:“ Combined farm policy ”for owners of farms, houses and property; fleet of cars, commercial vehicles and agricultural machinery; director's responsibility; mechanical engineering; damage from hail; and business interruptions. ”

Fram Farmers plans to team up with Scrutton Bland. The cooperative claims that its new partner “has developed insurance solutions to meet the growing demands” of modern agriculture.

“In recent years, we have focused on the formation of our specialized insurance teams. We have a great understanding and experience in the agricultural sector, and our specialized insurance departments support specific sectors by identifying risks and providing personalized insurance and risk management, ”said Tim Malli of Scrutton Bland.
