- Wash the mushrooms and cut into small pieces. Add them to the meat. Reduce heat, cover and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- As soon as the mushrooms are slightly reduced in size, add cream to the pan, add salt and pepper. This preparation will make the meat tender and juicy. Cover and let simmer for 7–10 minutes.

- When the meat liquid has evaporated, add carrots, peppers and onions to the pan. Season with salt, pepper and cover. From time to time, foods need to be mixed. When the vegetables are fried, add mushrooms and tomatoes to them, pour sauce and water. Leave to simmer on the stove, stir occasionally.
