- Cut the onion into rings, put on the potatoes and simmer under the lid for five minutes.

- Finely chop the onion.

- Warm the pan, pour vegetable oil, fry the onion until transparent.
- Add mushrooms, mix, fry for 7 minutes, constantly stirring so as not to burn.
- Salt, pepper, you can add a pinch of chili for spiciness. Mix. Put sour cream in a pan, mix. Turn down the fire. Cover the dish and leave to stew.
- Cut the potatoes into strips. Soak in water for 15–20 minutes to leave starch.
- Put the potatoes on a paper towel to dry.
- Empty the pan. Pour vegetable oil into it, put the garlic (crushed) and a branch of rosemary.
- Put potatoes in a heated pan over high heat. Do not touch for 5 minutes. Turn over and reduce heat to medium.
- 5 minutes before the end of cooking, salt, pepper and mix.
- Serve fresh, hot potatoes, seasoning with mushroom sauce on top.
Important! In this recipe, it is recommended to use only oyster mushrooms, with other mushrooms, sour cream sauce will not have a special taste.
