Nutritional value per 100 g:
- Boil 2 liters of water. Pour the boiled water over the mushrooms and leave to soak under the lid for half an hour. After the specified time, drain the liquid. Move the mushrooms into a cooking bowl, pour 3 liters of water, boil and keep on medium heat for another half hour.
- Cut the potatoes into cubes and add to the mushroom broth. Boil the mixture for another 20 minutes until the potatoes are cooked.
- Chop the onion into cubes, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the onions on a moderate heat until caramel color. Sprinkle carrots on it and continue to fry. Introduce the garlic to the vegetables by squeezing it through the garlic gum.
- When the dressing becomes aromatic, pour it into the soup. Cook the dish for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle the vermicelli and cook for 5–7 minutes. Salt, pepper and put the bay leaf. Turn off the stove, cover the container and leave for 10 minutes. When serving, decorate the chopped greens .
